How quickly can you start, and how long do projects take?+
Typical projects run 4–10 weeks; an MVP is usually 6. We generally start within 1–2 weeks of a signed proposal, sooner for audits.
How is pricing structured?+
Fixed-scope projects are priced in the proposal after the scoping call. Retainers are a flat monthly rate. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
Who owns the IP?+
You do — code, infrastructure, documentation, and model configurations. Work-for-hire terms are standard in every contract.
How big is the team on my project?+
Two to four senior engineers, always including the founder. Small on purpose — less coordination overhead, more shipped code.
What time zones do you cover?+
Full overlap with European hours and a guaranteed 4-hour overlap with US Eastern. Async-first, with a weekly live demo.
What happens after launch?+
